Public relations campaign - Advertising is largely collaborative, but every now and then you get to do it all, like this campaign I created for FEC Electric. I came up with the concept, visuals, headlines and copy – did everything but snap the photos.

FEC, a longtime presence in the power industry, took a strong stand against electric deregulation, a decision that needed explaining to its customers. I played on the word “stand” to suggest both the company’s stability and principled position.

Instead of running the usual head shots of employees and customers, I proposed we shoot people’s footwear. The result was a standout campaign.
